Introduction

Salytix is a listed app on Zoom marketplace. Meaning that it's easy to integrate your Zoom account with a Salytix sales dashboard. It's also a secure way for you to know and undestand what data Salytix is processing, and you can easily withdraw the access at any time. In short, Salytix will ask for access to read information on your users and their meeting statistics.

Usage

The main goal for Salytix is to provide you with helpful usage metrics for your sales team. And we do this by providing you with a real-time dashboard. You can exclude users you do not wish to track in your dashboard configuration. The dashboard will refresh every 300 seconds and display your team's meetings and time in meetings based on daily, weekly, and monthly usage. If you are also using a CRM integration, you can manually switch the dashboard by pressing the left or right button on your keyboard or wait 30 seconds for it to swap the view between sales and meeting statistics.

Installation guide

There are multiple ways to connect your Zoom account with Salytix. Only one method is required. So pick one.

Register an account on Salytix

If you already have an account on Salytix, skip steps 1 and 2.

  1. Register an account on Salytix
  2. Validate your email.
  3. Visit the integrations tab.
  4. Click the green "Connect" button on the Zoom integration. You will be redirected to an auth screen in Zoom.
  5. Read the terms, and accept that Salytix is allowed to read the necessary data (Users, meetings, reports). When done, you will be redirected back to Integrations tab in Salytix.
  6. If everything was ok, you will see Zoom under Active integrations.
  7. Now you can go over to the dashboard tab and create your first dashboard.
  8. There are several configurations you can do if you need to. Check the configuration section down below for more configurations.

Install the app from the marketplace

These steps helps you to complete the integration from witin your Zoom account

  1. Go to Zoom app marketplace and search for Salytix.
  2. Click on the app to go into the app overview page.
  3. In the top right corner, there is a blue button saying Install app (or login to Add). Press that button.
  4. Read the terms, and accept that Salytix is allowed to read the necessary data (Users, meetings, reports). When done, if you don't have an account, you will be redirected to a sign up page, if you already have an account, press the already registered link. You have 5 minutes to register an account, if not the access will expire.
  5. Once registered, your account Salytix will have access to the necessary information in Zoom.
  6. To check if this was successful, visit the integrations tab.
  7. If everything was ok, you will see Zoom under Active integrations.
  8. Now you can go over to the dashboard tab and create your first dashboard.
  9. There are several configurations you can do if you need to. Check the configuration section down below for more configurations.

Process to uninstall The Salytix app

Not everyone will be happy with using our products & services, if that is the case, there is an easy way to remove the dashboards access to your information.

  1. Login to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
  2. Click Manage >> Added Apps or search for the "Salytix" app.
  3. You should see the Salytix app. Click the "Salytix" app click remove.
  4. This will remove Salytix dashboard's access to your data.
  5. Please notice Salytix about why you do no longer wish to use our dashboard, so we have get the chance to improve our services.
